Yes. Your pet’s ashes are securely stored inside the stainless steel base of the urn. The base features a screw-on design for a tight closure, and we also reinforce it with high-strength adhesive for added protection. This dual-sealing system ensures the ashes remain safely preserved over time.

U.S. domestic shipping: 3–7 business days
International shipping: 7–14 business days

Yes. If your urn arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. As our urns are memorial products, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

If the product is damaged or has any quality issues, please contact us immediately — we will replace or refund it at no cost to you, and cover all return shipping fees.If the product is unused, unopened, and resellable, we accept returns within 90 days for personal reasons. In this case, return shipping is at your expense.Please note: Used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
