Shipping Policy
We offer free UPS & FedEx Priority Shipping on all orders to the lower 48 states within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Shipping to Australia is available for a flat shipping fee of $9.9 USD.
Order processing time
We usually process orders within 1-2 business days (no shipments on weekends and holidays).
There may be slight delays during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Estimated delivery time
Most customers receive their orders within 2–8 business days. For customers in Australia, delivery usually takes 10–15 business days. The specific time depends on the destination and logistics situation. You can check the logistics progress in real time through the UPS & Fedex tracking number.
If your shipment is seriously delayed, we will proactively notify you by email.

Packaging and Inspection
1. We package all urns with protective materials and mark them with a ‘fragile’ label.

Pre-order products
If the product page is marked as ‘Pre-order’, it will be shipped on the indicated date and you will receive a shipping notification at that time.
