To keep your urn clean and in good condition, follow these steps for cleaning:

Regular Dusting: Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust.

Damp Cloth Wipe: For a more thorough cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking the urn or using excess moisture.

Avoid Abrasives: Do not use any abrasive cleaners, rough scrubbing pads, or cleaning products with harsh chemicals, as these may scratch or damage the surface of the urn.

Pet ashes are typically returned to you in a bag or container by the crematorium. You can carefully transfer the ashes into the urn using a funnel, and once transferred, seal the urn with the adhesive provided in our accessories.
If you are unable to perform this yourself, you can contact the crematorium staff, who can assist you with placing the ashes into the urn.

Of course! Our urn features a split design, with the ceramic statue portion allowing you to store small personal items as a keepsake, such as photos, jewelry, and more. As long as these items can easily fit into the urn, you are free to choose what to include. The lower section of the urn is specifically for your pet's ashes.

The placement of the urn is a personal choice, and you can decide based on your preferences. Common options include:

• Placing the urn in a room where your pet spent a lot of time.

• Displaying it on a mantel, bookshelf, or vanity in a prominent spot.

However, please note: Avoid placing the urn in direct sunlight or in areas where it could be accessed by children or pets to prevent accidental damage or injury.

Yes, the urn comes with a memorial card, adhesive, funnel, instruction manual, and a sealing lid. Every urn purchase includes the necessary tools for your convenience, so you can use it right away.

For ease of use, we recommend using the funnel to pour the ashes directly into the urn. This helps prevent spillage and ensures a more precise transfer. If you choose to use an ashes bag, please note that the urn's opening has a diameter of approximately 1.57 inches (40 mm), so make sure the bag opening fits properly and doesn't interfere with the pouring process.
